What is LIFE ?
LIFE is an ERC20 token using the Ethereum network. It is the central component of an open and constantly evolving ecosystem of products and technologies developed by LIFElabs.
It’s a digital currency, just like the currency you have in your bank account.
It can be bought, sold, traded as shares or used as :
1. a means of building loyalty among companies towards their employees, partners and Customer
2. a means of payment by businesses and individuals for the purchase of items from a growing number of retailers/dealers.
3. a means of financing charities or innovative projects .
How is LIFE different from other cryptocurrencies ?
Although LIFE is a cryptocurrency, which in itself is not a new concept, everything underlying LIFE is new. Unlike many other cryptocurrencies, sustainable development is at the heart of LIFE.
One of LIFE's primary goals is to support charities and innovative projects by dedicating 30% of the tokens total supply for this purpose. But it also serves to build customer loyalty and reward employees through a rewards platform to manage the distribution of these tokens. This ecosystem ensures sustained growth over a long period of time.
Even before its launch LIFE has been adopted by various real estate companies as a loyalty programme for their tenants, employees and customers. These owners are private, but the concept is being deployed in the social housing sector, so millions of potential users will have access to LIFE, thus supporting its long-term sustainability.
One of these companies plans to use LIFE as a loyalty program for the next 50 years, which is unique in the market.
LIFE and charities :
30% of the tokens issued will be retained for donations and philanthropic purposes. LIFElabs will launch a charity fund and make a monthly donation to a charity chosen by the community. Users will be able to propose funding for new organizations that are important to them. They will be able to send them donations directly from their wallets, and benefit from a follow-up of the positive impact of their contributions. The organization may use or exchange its LIFE as it sees fit.
The choice of charities will not be limited, provided they are apolitical, humanitarian and borderless in nature. All philanthropic donations made through LIFE will be made anonymously.
What is LIFElabs ?
LIFELabs is a company whose objective is to bring the advantages of the decentralized economy offered by cryptocurrencies to everyone with the firm conviction that everyone should have the opportunity to participate in the blockchain revolution.
